ROHIT 1X HSS - M2

Tools are manufactured from M-2 quality high speed steel.  

ROHIT 2X HSS 5% Cobalt (SAE - M35)

Exceptionally good toughness and red hardness, most suitable for heavy work on difficult materials and an ideal general purpose tool bit for machine shops. As a single point cutting tool, this quality is used to bring about the best advantage with tools which have to take deep cuts at high speeds. Good all-around quality for general machining purposes, and may be employed on hard and scaly materials producing discontinuous chips.

ROHIT Special 8% Cobalt (SAE M42)

Manufactured from M-42 quality High Speed Steel containing 8% Cobalt.

ROHIT 3X HSS 10% Cobalt (AISI - T-42)

This type is recommended for the use in cutting of high alloy steels and stainless steels in annealed condition. This quality of tool bit retains its hardness even at very high temperatures and is recommended where the generation of heat is very high and the tool should not get blunt at high temperatures.

Cryogenically Treated Tools

Tool bits manufactured from High Speed Steel can be also be provided by doing cryogenic treatment by cooling down tool bits at a pre-determined rate to liquid nitrogen temperature levels resulting in a thermally stabilized material with a coherent, improved microstructure that exhibits outstanding wear resistance and improved performance.
