Our Profile Tools are made from Solid High Speed Steel. These can be made in following grades of HSS based upon the material of the job:

ROHIT 1X HSS - M2

Tools are manufactured from M-2 quality high speed steel

ROHIT 2X HSS 5% Cobalt (SAE - M35)

Exceptionally good toughness and red hardness, most suitable for heavy work on difficult materials and an ideal general purpose tool bit for machine shops.

ROHIT Special 8% Cobalt (SAE M42)

Manufactured from M-42 quality High Speed Steel containing 8% Cobalt.

ROHIT 3X HSS 5% Cobalt (AISI - T-42)

This type is recommended for the use in cutting of high alloy steels and stainless steels in annealed condition.

Boring Bars could be provided fully hardened or with annealed shank.
